Well-Read Retreats is taking over The Carly Estate, a 21-acre wine country property with two signature homes, a private lake, miles of walking trails, and a lakeside napping cabin, for four days of reading, reacting, and completely falling apart together.
Monday night, we will crack open our books at “midnight” (9pm PT), provided to us by a local indie bookstore. Then we spend the rest of the time doing the only thing that matters: reading. A private chef handles every meal and snack from Monday dinner through Friday breakfast so the only thing you need to worry about is turning the page.
Read by the fire pit. Read in the napping cabin by the lake. Read in your king bed with the door closed and the world shut out. Then come to dinner and process everything with the other women who are just as emotionally compromised as you are.
This retreat is for the fans who've been waiting since Silver Flames. Who have opinions about Elain. Who need to be surrounded by people who understand why this matters. Four days. One book. No spoilers from the outside world.

Shared king suite, $1,600 per person. Come with a friend and each book your own spot, or come solo and we'll pair you with another reader. If we can't find you a roommate, the room is yours alone at no extra charge.
Private king suite, $3,200. The whole bed, the whole bathroom, the door closed.
